Warehouses have many uses other than just storage, although storage is that what they were designed, they can easily be transformed into a structure that allows as many applications as the imagination.
Having participated in the storage shed for almost two decades I have seen many creative ways to use warehouses.
Following are the Top-7 used for a warehouse:
7. Temporary house - Use a storage building as a temporary home while building a new home on a piece of landand then use the storage building as a home office. A large warehouse is easy to an efficiency apartment without much extra effort. You can easily insulate the building and add panels. Put up temporary walls, add a kitchenette, and fill it with a bathroom with a toilet in the corner and stand up shower. Nothing special, but still enough to make ends meet.
6. Cottage - Do you have some land that will be happy to spend time on the weekends, but not enough that investment to build a newCab? A large warehouse can be easily completed in a cabin with all the essentials. (see # 7) for further details.
5. Barbershop - enjoy cutting hair on your own schedule? A storage shed can be equipped to become a hairdresser. Best of all, your office is now in your garden. You can keep the landscape and accents to your personal charm to your new office to add that your customers will come back.

Snow Cone Stand - Take a small 8x8 or similarShed size, add some sliding to the front, add some shelves, a couple of plugs, and possibly an air conditioner, and you have a fast, inexpensive, seasonal business.
